VI. Simulations and learning test

Sensitize operators, creators or buyers of a beverage store or restaurant on the rights and obligations attached to their operation and use correctly their licence.
Know the applicable legislation and avoid being penalized for not knowing the applicable regulations.

Obtain operating permit by acquiring knowledge of the professional legal environment, responsibilities and obligations of a beverage outlet operator.

Creators or buyers of a beverage outlet: restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels…

The course is based on the use of practical cases and audio-visual visual, documents, videos…
A questionnaire covering the main issues of the course is given to each trainee.
The response times are followed by correction times. 

At the end of the course, a whole set of documents will be given to each participant (Google Drive).
Conditions for obtaining the operating permit:
1. Attendance confirmed at the 20 hours of training, (Edusign for the video conference)
2. Proof of identity by means of an official document
3. Positive answers to the end of training quiz at a minimum of 70%.
In case of results less than 70%, possibility to repeat the quiz. If however, the results remained below 70%, interview with a trainer is proposed to ensure understanding of fundamentals.
